Carmen J. Cuevas is the founder and principal of LaVista REI, LLC, where she leads the sourcing and evaluation of multifamily and commercial land opportunities. She works collaboratively with brokers, operators, funding and capital resources, and other real estate professionals to help move qualified opportunities toward execution.

With a background advising individuals, families, and business owners on long-term wealth strategies, Carmen and her team bring a relationship-driven, client-first approach to every opportunity they pursue.
